Beyond Aquatics this will be a very rare if at all but in the unlikely unfortunate event photos of the DOA must bust accompany photos of the DOA fish after you have received . Any fish that has been in your Aquarium for 24 hours , or longer is not entitled to the DOA policy as a number of factors such as water conditions or other diseases that "may" be affecting your aquarium , as it is advised by us it is always recomended to have a Hospital tank
Deliveries.
Beyond Aquatics like most others adhears to strict biosecurity laws that stop some states of Australia from Accepting live plants and fish from being imported.
Fish Deliveries 1 Week From Date of purchase. (Order placed) -Fish Quarantined (3 Days)-Fish observations 2days-Fish packaged -Fish sent to courier- 1 day - driver-delivery next day
Fish Deliveries only include Victoria. Fish will not be shipped interstate as we can not ensure the health of the fish during transit. (Ship at own Risk -**DOA policy does not apply to interstate fish deliveries**)

Beyond Aquatics Aquarium will send fish to most states: how ever due to STRICT biosecurity laws in western australia make it next to impossible to send fish into Western Australia.
If you choose to want fish shipped to you, you will need to follow the process : Beyond Aquatics will take no responsibility if you have not contacted and gained written concent from the West Australian Government
PLEASE READ
due to strict WA biosecurity laws, though some marine fish might be possible with permits, while many stores explicitly ban sending any livestock (fish, shrimp, plants, etc.) to WA, NT, and TAS because of the complex regulations and risk of fines. You'll need specific Translocation Approval from WA's Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD), and many common aquarium species are prohibited or require permits, so always check with the store and DPIRD first.
All state approved shipping is between $50 - $75 or otherwise stated:
Beyond Aquatics Ships only via airport to airport via Virgin Cargo. This Fee is incurred to you on your invoice from beyond aquatics once all is approved and sale is established.
(if in the unlikely event we delivered interstate you will be notified of the courier cost or the cost and sorting of pick up and delivery will be done on your behalf.)
all deliveries will be assessed after your order has been completed we will notify you of delivery cost if it has not been added to your order upon check out. Please be advised if you select the wrong delivery zone your order maybe delayed and we may need to contact you for delivery payment.
